Thank you for choosing Marla Tabet Jewelry. As our creations are custom-made and handcrafted with precision, we kindly ask that you review our policy before placing your order.

1. Refunds and Exchanges

1.1 All of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order and often customized. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

1.2 Each items is carefully inspected and must meet our quality standards before it is shipped to you.

1.3 If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly email us at info@marlatabetjewelry.com with the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item and its packaging
  • Your order number

We will review your case, and if eligible, offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost

2. Order Cancellations

2.1 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, we are unable to accept cancellations as the production process may already be underway.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

3.1 Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size or design
  • Requests made after the 48-hour notification window
  • Items returned without prior authorization
